Revive Receives £2500
In August 2024, The Adam Barry Foundation, donated £2,500 to the Revive Charity in Derby to support children who are experiencing bereavement.
The Revive Charity supports local children who are not only facing the challenges of living in poverty, facing a terminal or life limiting illness, in addition to his they are ALSO experiencing bereavement due to the death a parent (or in some cases both) or a sibling, or the death of a child. Many of these children have sadly experienced or suffered from some form of abuse.
Revive are a fantastic charity making a huge difference to children’s lives.
The donation will be ring-fenced to support the children’s bereavement journey, whether that be emotional and counselling support and/or activities that improve their mental health and wellbeing, which will help them navigate the huge challenges they have already experienced at such a young age.
This is the epitome of putting “smiles back on faces” in Adam’s memory.
