In July 2023, a donation of £2,000 was made by The Adam Barry Foundation to The Adam Barry Music Fund, setup by Friesland school in memory of Adam, who himself was an outstanding guitarist and had a real passion for music.

Adam attended Friesland School and was a student in their music department. The fund supports the costs of lessons and instruments for children who have a passion for music, who may otherwise miss out on the opportunity to pursue this interest for various reasons.

The fund has supported circa 20 students in the recent academic year in following their passion for music, just like Adam. Putting “smiles on faces” in Adam’s name.
