On December 14^th 2023, what would have been Adam’s 19^th birthday, a donation of £2,000 was made by the Adam Barry Foundation to the Treetops Bereavement Counselling Service, to fund their vital work in providing support to bereaved families in the region.

Providing a welcoming environment at The Cheetham Centre at Treetops where the counselling takes place is essential to ensuring the users of the service feel safe, relaxed and able to confide in their counsellors.

The Barry family understand this very well having been users of the Treetops Bereavement and Counselling service themselves, and the importance of creating that safe space.
